What is the "waking window"?
It's the time between your group's shared wake-up time and lights-out time each day — the hours actually available to schedule activities into. Set it once and it applies to every day.
Does this add travel time between activities automatically?
No — enter each activity's own duration including any travel you want counted, or add short buffer activities like "transit" between items. The planner does flag when two activities on the same day overlap in time.
What does "overbooked" mean here?
A day is overbooked when the total duration of everything planned for it is longer than the waking window you set — meaning there literally isn't enough daylight-hours time to do everything as scheduled without cutting something or staying up later.
Can I plan a multi-day trip in one go?
Yes — give each activity a day number (1, 2, 3…) and the planner automatically groups and totals hours separately for every day you've used.
